On the flip side, try to limit processed foods, excessive sugar, and dairy if you find they trigger breakouts. These can sometimes lead to inflammation, which may accelerate the aging process.
Prioritize Restorative Sleep
Have you ever noticed your skin looks tired and dull after a poor night’s sleep? There’s a reason they call it “beauty sleep.” While you rest, your body goes into repair mode. This is when your skin produces new collagen, which helps keep it firm and smooth.
Getting 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night allows this natural repair process to happen.
